We dispatch orders from Finland within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Finland typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped. Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the buyer once the product is handed to the carrier. Please check the package immediately upon delivery and report any damage without delay.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Let us know by email and we'll send you instructions. We refund the payment to the same payment method once the return has been processed.
If a glove doesn't meet the quality we've promised, get in touch — we'll make it right. Material and manufacturing defects are remedied in accordance with consumer protection law.
