Returns Policy.

You have a 14-day right of return from receiving your order. This applies to products that are unused and in their original condition.

• The product is unused and in resalable condition.
• The original packaging and any product tags are intact.
• The return shipment must be packed carefully so the product isn't damaged in transit.

Let us know by email at info@northgrip.fi. Tell us your order details and we'll send you return instructions and an address label.

We refund the payment to the same payment method you used for the order once the return has been processed at our warehouse.

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size, place a new order and return the original for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the right size to you.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us by email immediately. We'll put things right and, if needed, send a replacement at no extra cost.
